Is there any part of you trailer you built on the bench before you putting on the trailer.

answer the poll then say what it was and advise you would add to the next person who wants to prefab that part.

Used sandwich construction and prefabed and prefinished the sidewalls on the bench. Building and putting a stain on the sidewalls was much easier with it lying flat than it would be standing up. Also, did the same thing with the bulkheads, and face frame for interior cabinets.

So far I've prefabbed my underfloor storage wells, the walls, and doors. I haven't installed the doors yet, but the walls and storage wells fit just right.
