Had not seen this before - a 4 x 5 panel - 5 ply - states it is Baltic birch - from Menards locally. https://hw.menardc.com/main/items/media ... 251900.pdf The Menards page says actual thickness is .185 = pretty close to 3/16". Compared to prices I see for 5 x 5 Baltic birch, may be worth looking at: $22.49 but in quantity of 20 - about to what I need - $19.99. 5'x5' near me is around $30. Might just use for roof and stick with 4 x 8 IntegraPLY for floor and walls. Still planning but with chassis built this is next step for me.

That stuff sounds like the 1/4" subfloor that I swear by. (Except it comes in 4 x 8.) Much better than 1/4" AC.

I don't know what your profile looks like, but the stuff I use isn't real bendy. I wouldn't have worked on the roof profiles I've built.

For some reason, the 4 x 8 underlayment next to this seems to be different this. There is birch, but does not seem to be same - thickness variance among several items.

Minimum radius is 30". And just for the heck of it drew the 5' half round - the "Hobbit Hole Camper". :)
