2 person standy in 3D

Postby danlott » Wed Jun 09, 2010 7:46 pm

I saw a picture on here once of someones 2 person standy that they had designed. Do not remember who it was and I do not believe that it was ever built. I modeled the design in Google SketchUp. It is shared in the Teardrop & Tiny Travel Trailers collection in the 3D warehouse.

It has a rear galley kitchen. An air conditioner that slides out the front. It also has a porta potty.

Here is the picture of the members design.

And here are some pictures of the 3D model.

Hope you all enjoy.

Dan,

Are you open to suggestions?

Move the air conditioner somewhere else. It's too prone to leaking in the front wall!

Mike...

You may have missed this one. Here is what I did with a little window shaker. It takes a couple extra minutes to set up but it operates in the shade and does a good job cooling and dehumidifying.

And the best part is the other 270 days not camping it can help in the house when needed.

I agree with you Mike that it would be prone to leaking. I do not plan to build this trailer. Just liked the overall shape and design, so I wanted to model it in 3D.

I searched and found the member that designed this trailer. It is CJflyer. He has just built a similar designed trailer, but the layout is a little different.
