Microwave

Postby droid_ca » Fri Feb 24, 2012 10:47 pm

ok I was looking at some trailers and noticed some of them have microwaves ok I know at least I think I know that there are no 12 volt microwaves so I presume there is an inverter so is it on the microwave or is it on a powerbar that the microwave is plugged into :? :? :?

Ok Mike you posted the links ...Do you know anything about them?
I like the idea of 12volt appliances but to use them on a continua basis I think they would burn out quick. I have a 12volt coffee pot have used it a few times especially when the power goes out its a life saver, but it's not like I use it everyday the way some people use their at home one
Ok ok back to this microwave

Not a thing Droid, other than the fact that I could find a 12v MW on the internet.

Personally, I would dump the microwave in favor of more traditional methods of warming up food. I'm health conscious and I don't think the microwave is doing us any favors.

I set my nuker to work with an inverter, but it isn't strong enough. Now I only use it when plugged into shore power. I rarely use it though.
