Anybody up for trying a low country boil ? I'll see about it if so. We can all bring an ingredient and fire it up Sat AM. I'll get a big pot and we call all do sides. :QM
For those who don't know it usally includes ,shrimp, smoked sausage, corn on the cob and potatoes. Real good and a beach delicacy.

Alright, here's the deal on the boil. I'll bring the hardware, burner and pot. We need 4 lbs shrimp, 3 lbs preco0ked kielbasa , 5 lbs new potatos if wanted. 3-4 cobbies (small ears of corn) per person. feeds about 15 folks.
I'll do the shrimp . Any takers on the rest ? let me know.
I'll also be the chief cook on the boil 8) Talk to me

Pammy is having cosmetic surgery Monday to correct droopy eyelids plus two more corrections. She will be out of work for two weeks. Monday was the only time she could schedule the surgery so to take advantage of better insurance coverage this year, she had to take that date. Thusly, I will be nursing her and not able to come. Wish we could be there, was looking forward to it. Have fun ya'll, sing some songs for us!
