Frank,
I figured that I can make them from wood. I got most of the details worked out for the detail from the pictures, proportionally it would be nice to have a side view profile for a pattern since it is a nice flowing shape. I have access to stainless and someone that could weld it if I change my mind and go with metal. I like the symetry of the fender with the contemporay yet nostalgic feel to it

Ok, Let's see if I got this straight. Woody and Frank both want a template. Right?

I have a big roll of auto body masking paper here. I can slab off a piece and lay a fender on it and trace it out. Then just fold it up and stick it in a big brown envelope. How about $15.00 shipping included? I imagine the postage will be about the same to both locations.

If you want to do it drop us a check at:

Petenwell Industries LLC
503 Peach st.
Necedah, WI 54646

Make sure we get a mailing address with that too.

Wooden ones, Woody? That will be neat.

Cary,
I will send it out tommrrow, I need a side profile and the width measurement. I will make the width adjustment for my wider tires. As soon as I get them done I will send you a picture. Thanks Cary sorry to put you through so much trouble.

I am glad you guys enjoyed yourselves, I think it will become the annual event for the Florida Chapter. It was great to make new friends and put faces with the screen names I have chatted with for almost 2 yrs. I did retrieve the bottle and the "magic " stick Ross put in. That fire was alot hotter than it looked. The bottle was complete melted into a puddle of glass and the copper pipe partially melted (distorted) as well. Sorry I took so long to post them I had surgery scheduled a couple of days after we got back so I have been kinda sore. Anyway the turkey's worked out well and I am glad that everyone enjoyed them. I don't know where to begin all the food was excellent. I was stuffed. Ross, that green bean casserole was one of the best I think I have ever had. Other than the pickle juice that shot out my nose, I think I can still smell pickles to this day Ellen and I had a great time making new friends and sharing the Teardrop experience. Lots of talent and many great ideas on the builds. Like I said before without all of you supporting this event, it would have been the wife and I and a dead turkey camping

Chip,

You gotta teach me about pickle juice... I'll be down your way some day... Hopefully this year... I have these ideas, like pickle juice spiked with vodka or tequilla. Ouch that could be interesting... :o

When we come down, be sure to ask Michelle about tequilla!!!

Mike...

It is like Chip told me " You have to experience it" He was right! I pass this warning on Whatever you do, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT, try it when someone is saying something funny. Because it brought tears to my eyes when it came out my nose. It did clear my sinuses as Chip stated but I smelled "Pickles" for the better part of Saturday morning.
