Florida Tear Jerker Keywest Gathering Info

The Florida Chapter of the Tear Jerkers Keywest Gathering dates has been decided upon. It will be Feb 11th (Monday) - 14th (Thursday) of Febuary, 2008. It will follow right after the Little Talbot State Park Gathering (Feb 8th (Friday)-10th (Sunday), 2008) by Jacksonville, Florida. Since it is so far for many from the north it was decided to have it right after the other gathering. Since many of the people will be half way there anyway coming to Little Talbot from up north. We will leave from Talbot and those that are going to Key West from Talbot will lay up at my home in Ft. Lauderdale then proceed to the Keys the following day (Monday) It will be at the Sugar Loaf Key KOA due to it proximity to Key West. And yes we will be spending some QUALITY TIME on Duval Street in Keywest. If you would like to go make your reservations as soon as possible. I will post the sites we will be in shortly. If you would like to attend let me know and I will try to arrange with them for us to be in the same area. I do need to know how many will be attending however so they can accomodate us. The campground is not huge. Last time they did not remember it was a Tear Jerker event for those that called there and asked about it so don't panic. I will call them to remind them. Any questions feel free to ask. The Sugar Loaf Key KOA is a nice campground but not a big one do not wait til the last minute to make reservations. I know for some it is not exactly short notice but for those who want to go don't delay.

I have talked to the group cordinater at the Sugar Loaf Key KOA at mile marker 20. They have approx. 5-7 sites still available for our group. If you are planning to join us there. I would suggest that you contact them at 305-745-3549 and tell them you are part of the group, so we can be in one area, under my last name "Wellington". I have told them that the group is called the "Tear Jerkers" Florida Chapter. So try them both for results. See ya in the CONCH REPUBLIC in Febuary 11 - 14 of '08
