So far there will be 11 trailers attending. As for the Saturday Night Potluck Dinner, the past theme has worked well and everyone seems to enjoy it....so why change it.

We will supply the 2' X 6' grill and the charcoal. Everyone will need to provide thier own GRILLIN' eats for themselves and a SIDE DISH ( enough to feed your crew and 2 more people) The grill will be hot and ready to cook on by 6:00.......this way everyone can eat by 6:30 .

As for the weather, it's still to far out to say for sure...........but as of now, upper 60's for the highs and low to mid 50's for the lows and a chance of showers for Sunday only.

Everyone drive safe and see ya'll there,

Just realized that this event is coming up, do you have room for another trailer?

There should be plenty of room at Rivercamp USA. However, the river front sites are on a first come, first serve basis.
Hope to see you there.

Is there a " Farthest Traveler" Award? Asianflava would sure be in the running for it.

Cool, I'll make a reservation ASAP. I have to drive down to FL tomorrow to drop a car off. When I get back, I have check the hubs on the Tear and get the camping stuff together.

Farthest traveled? Not really, we are here in Atlanta (for now).

The gathering was a lot of fun,we managed to dodge some bad weather. Met a lot of new people and some some old friends. Mel had some friends travel all the way from Durham to see us. They traveled all that way so we couldn't not go to dinner with them. We tried to get them to join us at the pot luck but they felt like they were imposing, for those who were wondering where we were.

Made it back (to the hotel) in the early evening. Stopped at a scenic overlook, apparently we weren't the only one with that idea. We also stopped to get some NC BBQ for lunch.

Once again, thanks to everybody for a fun time.
