Darn truck ran out of gas while idling last night. Going to cost a fortune in gas between now and next week. Are you sure it's not time to go yet ?

Hello all from northern N.Y. Its 12 degrees with blowing snow. I dug several feet of snow out from the front of my neighbors storage garage this afternoon, hooked up the truck to my teardrop and dragged it over to my new workshop. Its sitting in there with the furnace on thawing it out. In the morning it gets a bath, the mattress and bedding go in, the truck gets loaded with firewood and I think I'll take a ride to South Carolina and see friends I have not met yet. If I come down, I'll leave on Thurs. and should arrive on Fri. afternoon. Any suggestions on campsite #s ? I tried to call there today but there was no answer. Ed.

Boomer, If you can make it to Exit 40 on I-95 in NC you are welcome to the driveway for the night. I'm 7 miles straight shot from exit. PM if interested. I'm about 4 hours from Greenwood and leaving around 8:00 AM on Friday.

Boomer we are are grouped around the upper 20's campsites,,,, I am on #29,,, South Carolina parks use Reserve America to make reservations ,, I am not sure if they will accept phone reservations,,, Let me know if ya need us to help ya out,,, you being from up Nawth and all,,,,

I just got back from Myrtle Beach and had such a good time I have to go again! New trailer worked out great. Don't think I'd change a thing.
