Can someone tell me what time is the dinner on Sat. night? We would like to see the 8 o'clock movie at the amphitheatre.

Thanks to Cathy Jo for posting the info.

Sixish sounds about right.....and I would plan to get there a little early.

I hear Karen, of Dave and Karen, or Karen and Dave is planning to stay up late tonight baking pies :D

I just put a pork butt in the smoker, cooking low and slow......

I've been looking forward to seeing everyone, it's been too long.

It was really nice seeing you again and getting to see your new camper

It was a good time and the weather was perfect for camping. Sure was nice meeting all the new folks, those folks from up North that hadn't Anastasia before and of course it was nice to see old friends again. Can't wait til next time. We just signed up to go to Little Talbot and have site 17.

I'm sure they will as long as you keep bringing those delicious chocolate chip cookies ;)

Could you make doughnuts when we go to Little Talbot?

HI all,

Paul and I had a great time at the gathering. Yes, the weather was perfect. I tried to photograph the moonlight on the surf but I need a lot more practice with the camera.

Woody the turkey was great. Whoever made the shrimp they were perfect and Jim, as always, your potato salad or tater salad as you call it, was scrumptious.

I can't wait to see the pics from Marvin, might have to go to the tearjerkers forum to see them.

Anyway, until next time.

Hi Folks!

We made it back to Atlanta safely, and saw Marvin and Melanie on the way. Got back to our house to find that Stomp the Yard 2 was filming using our house as a backdrop. :D

Thanks for the compliment on the shrimp--Todd cooked them, he had bought them that morning at the Farmer's Market.

It was great seeing you all, and meeting even more of you! Looking forward to the next event we can manage.

Todd and Stacy

Hey, as an afterthought, here are some of the websites that I mentioned that folks were asking me about:

www.failblog.org --from that site you can get on their sister sites, such as lolcats (www.icanhascheezburger.com).

www.cakewrecks.com is one of my favorites

On the other side of the spectrum is www.epicute.com

and, for those of us with home built trailers: www.thereifixedit.com is hilarious.

Well we made it back without any problems. It was a blast. Thanks to all those who made the trip and the gathering (For those that didn't ya missed out). The weather was perfect, the food was awesome everynight, and the people (friends old and new) fantastic. I do have one request though, who ate the last of those cookies  I missed out saturday night. DANG IT. There is always next time I guess. I am up for doughnuts however 8) There is always Little Talbot I guess to get those cookies  Jim that potato salad was awesome as usual  And again all the food was awesome for the potluck dinner Saturday night. And to All those that provided the nightly "entertainment"  OMG I have tears in my eyes thinking of some the "entertainment" laughing at it still. But what happened at Anastasia, stays at Anastasia

Well, it stays at Anastasia as long as you remember how to spell it and how many letters are in the word.
