Paul and I won't be able to camp with all of you but we thought we'd drive over for Sat. Did you all decide what the dinner will be?

Don't know if anyone else decided but........

Yummmm, Jim's tater salad. :picnic:

I've been havin' a craving for some Eastern North Carolina Style Pulled Pork. Seems in Florida ya gotta go North to get to the South.

That's what I gonna brang 8)

Thanks for signing up, Jim. Can't wait for the tater salad. It has been so long since we have had some. I don't know what I will be bringing besides the cookies but will think of something before the date.

I'll bring something in the crock-pot so it can cook while we visit with all of you or go to the beach, or do whatever.

We'll cook up those Kentucky Baked Beans that we did last fall. Maybe something meaty, too...

Time is drawing near for the gathering. Can hardly wait to go camping. I was thinking of bringing the deep fryer again for some turkeys for Saturdays Potluck. What do you think?

Cathy Jo,

Glad you mentioned the Amphitheater and the Farmers Market especially, Not only fresh produce, but a fish market, fresh baked goods, arts and crafts, chair massage, live music and lot of other good stuff. I went this morning

It's about a mile or so to get from the camping loop to the Amphitheater parking lot where the Farmers Market is held. Good place to ride a bike.
