Hey!

I'm the chapter director for the Alabama Chapter of TearJerkers (link at the top). We just formed our group off the Southern App chapter. Our first gathering will be in December... luck of the draw getting a late start. However, TN, FL, and GA all have gatherings sooner and you would be welcome at any of those.

Do you have a tear now or in the process of building/buying one? My brother-in-law built mine. There are several folks from 'bama here. Glad you are joining in the fun. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

Got a drawing of what you are thinking of building?

My brother-in-law used plans from around here -- the classic benroy. The folks on this site are wonderful. Don't hesitate to ask. I've learned a thing or two... not gutsy enough to do my own build, yet... but I keep reading and learning.

Welcome. As always good to have some more folks from Bama here. I bought my td because I have know talent when it comes to building. (Unless its with duct tape and cable ties)

Good Luck on your build. You will definitely enjoy it. The set up time and break down time is unreal it is so fast and everything is always ready to go.
Go sell crazy somewhere else, were all stocked up here!
