I want to thank all those that braved the elements with us at this gathering. It was a great gathering even though it started off cold and wet in the beginning. The weather did turn around and dried up nicely on friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Still cold (mid 30's at night and low 50's during the day)but still great camping weather. Plenty of laughs around the campfire every night, great food and good friends old and new. For those that canceled out ya missed out. And yes there were times where I even wondered what the heck I was thinking staying when the weather got rough, electrical power outage Friday night for about an hour and just being plain cold and wet. It was the people that were there, friends old and new, the campfire and again all the laughs that were abound made it all worth it. Like I have said before its not the trailers or the weather as much as it is the people who make the gathering great and memorable.

Well said, Woody :applause:

Ruthanne and I would like to thank everyone that was there for the warm welcome we were given as newbies to teardrop gatherings. It really is all about the people and sharing good times around the campfire no matter what the weather is like.
