Well looks like I won't make it up to meet you good folks. Will be sandblasting all day Saturday to keep ahead of the bodyman working on my '48 Ford panel truck. Believe me. I much rather be in St. Augustine. Have fun.

Well, Well I'm back from Anastasia State Park. Beautiful Park I might add. The weather was alittle bad on Thursday when we arrived and Friday rained twice. I would like to thank the people with me who endured the weather to be there. The weekend was great, sight seeing, "Root Patrol" and making some new friends along the way. For those who were there Thank You for the effort, I know the weather was iffy, What I find amazing though is according to the Park Rangers there were up to ten cancellations from other teardrops. Who else was trying to go ? Anyway you missed a really Good Time

Sorry we couldn't have been there. I love going on Root Patrol. Work sometimes finds a way to mess up a good time. There is alway Little Talbot in February 2006.

Any problems locating firewood? If so, all ya had to do was listen for the banjo music

Actually firewood was cheap at at the park. They were playing Aerosmith's "Walk this Way" when I bought some there. There was a guy on the way in that had lots of firewood along the road on the way in. Maybe Clem's twin brother

Hi everyone:
I signed on the tearjerker yahoo group, and thought I saw something about a November event.

I really went wild on the building over the labor day weekend, and an old friend who is a Carpenter and all around mechanical type guy has offered to help do some of the building.

I'm pushing for the trailer to be ready and wanted to check on the date.
