Going up to Davidson

Postby rpowell » Fri Oct 13, 2006 10:09 am

Hey Chip, I think that I am actually going up Wednesday afternoon. I want to make sure I get a spot. I went up there last weekend on friday and got the last avaliable spot they had, so I am not taking any chances next weekend.
What sites are you and Rick on?

Thanks,
Reggie

Well, Side is going to venture into the world of DO's..... :applause: :applause:

She's looking at recipes, so I'm sure it'll be a surprise!!

Any suggestions for a couple of Newbies? She has found an Italian Sausage recipe that sounds tasty. We're going to Elkmont for a few days before we get to Davidson River, so maybe we can try a few things out.

You have the dates right, Alan...it is next weekend. Can't say anything about Jim, I didn't see his post.

Hoggtyed, It will be a 50/50 shot at getting a site, I'm afraid. It looks like everything is booked, however, I do know that they have plenty of "WALK IN" sites........they just may be a country mile away. Hope to see you there

Chipper, Please tell your wonderful Mom just how much I appreciate her baking the Apple Cake.....can't say fer sure if'n I'll share any

Hogg, I reserved site 34 for 2 cars and 8 people. If you are tenting you should be able to share with the two of us and our tear. PM me your name and address and I will let the gate people know you are joining us. It is a real large corner site.
