Does anyone know if Reserve America is still handling reservations for Lousiana state parks? I can't seem to check any of my reservations in Lousiana at Reserve America.

Thanks

Email I just got:

Dear Reservation System Patron,

The reservation website for Louisiana State Parks is changing. Effective at 7 p.m. CST on Friday, June 28, online reservation services will be temporarily unavailable. Services will resume at 7 a.m. CST on Monday, July 1 at http://reservations.usedirect.com/lastateparks. You will then make and manage all your camping reservations from this new website. Please update any favorites or bookmarks with the new website link: http://reservations.usedirect.com/lastateparks.

Only customers with reservations that include a stay date of July 1, 2013 or later will have their customer account transferred to the new website. All other customers will need to set up a new account when logging into the website for the first time.

Special instructions for customers with reservations that include a stay date of July 1, 2013, or have a reservation due to arrive July 1, 2013 or after:
Your current user name and password will not be transferred to the new website. However, you will be able to recover your customer account when you visit the new website for the first time by following these instructions:

1. Go to the account login page then click on "Recover your account"
2. Enter your email as the user name (the same email you had registered in the previous website)
3. Enter your email as the password (same as above)
4. You will then be sent a temporary password to your account. Login and visit the account settings page to change your password and update your customer profile. You will also be able to view your upcoming reservations from the profile page.

If you are unable to recover your account on the new website, please call the reservation call center (Mon-Fri: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST) after 7:30 a.m. CST on Monday, July 1.

Thank you for your continued support of Louisiana State Parks,

Reginald Dumas
