Well the built in shelving units are all but drywalled complete. Here is the living room neich now closed off

Image

And the neiches to the right and left of the bed are also now completely drywalled....

Roof is all but complete and the potty room and the closet are complete with ceiling and wall sheathing.

I have decided to add a rear door to the closet  It will empty directly into the bigger building. A kitchen fire could close of the route from the bedroom archway to the front door. This will allow the closet to be used as an additional fire safty eggress route if ever needed.

After I picked myself up off the floor from laughing I couldn't help but think I have the caboose painted in the Cannonballs colors and now I have the Douglas's door in the closet.

So if I get a land line should I place it at the top of a telephone pole outside in the yard ........?

Still got your climbing spurs ? I could loan then to my handyman Eb and he could do the climbing ! :rofl2:

But on a more serious note I got on Craigs list and found drywall for 1/3 of the box store cost. I love bargains.

If you've only got a cell phone, you could always put the *charger* at the top of the pole in your yard. ;)

Well I have received several calls wanting to know if I am alive after the storms in Lafayette. It missed me, well almost missed me.

Image

the next door neighbor 3/10 of a mile away barn roof pealed off and garage shoved over.

Image

this plant is easily seen from the front of the storage building

Image

I don't think I want to be any closer. Makes a guy start thinking about insurance :frightened:

at my favorite store in the whole wide world....

We finished and stood outside for 5-10 minutes and locked up and drove away about 3 minutes on the road and BLAM !
