I'll try to think of something that we might enjoy eating when it is hot, can't promise it won't be meat though. Does tripe count as meat?

Food:
Fri Dinner: I'm making Frito Pies - Should have enough for everybody!

Breakfast I'm making Eggs in a Hole (PePie Eggs as Dave calls them)
With sausage and the FruFru coffee that nobody likes!
Maybe even a waffle or two.

Dinner I'm doing BBQ Chicken, Texas Salad and Rootbeer Floats for Sat Night.

 Tammy, make those good fried potatoes you make!
There is no burn ban if anybody wants a fire. :campfire:

Cindy, chili pie sounds good for Friday night. Can we bring anything to pitch in? Was thinking about making hashbrown, egg, bacon, & cheese muffins for Sat. morning. For Saturday's potluck, we were thinking a potato, ham & cheese casserole and some mixed veggies. Terri says she still has strawberry vodka and pineapple juice left from last camp out. Not sure how they will taste together, but will bring them anyway. :D

Not a problem. Will bring an extra can of chili too, just in case. We are bringing 2 chair floats and 2 ring floats, but if anyone else has any please bring them so we will all have one. See you all there!

I will keep the cool temps flowing with some potato salad for Saturday night, all I can think of that's not meat!

I just got home and cleaned up, I still can't get over the weather, I didn't even use the AC at night! It was a great time and an easy drive. Looking forward to dinosaur valley in Sept, I'll be in the Shasta by then.
