Man their reservation site always leaves me scared. I actually got the date right and it shows every site on that loop unreserved except for one that is on the other side. I am just hoping it just takes a while to update. At any rate, I reserved site 197 ! :worship:

Halloween is still Oct 31st right??? LOL

Wonderful, my sites are paid up. There is one more site next to us that needs to be reserved through Loyd Park site.
Our theme is Zombie Wild West. i have cowboy hats. We need some kind of entrance (maybe made out of PVC pipe with lights and cheesecloth!
I will put a saloon in the 10x20 with lights (maybe get black lights?) What else could we do with black light bulbs?
Should we do makeup and costumes? :fb :O
This is a GO BIG OR GO HOME! weekend.

Dave. sorry you cannot get a space. If any of our group bacs out, I will let you know. You could tent camp if you really want to join us. We can each have a few tents on our sites. We have a tent if you want to use it.

Everybody bring your ideas for a Zombie Wild West!
I need 3/4 inch PVC pipe
connectors for pipe.
blue and red light bulbs.
red or purple christmas lights
Spot light holders
Red or Black spray paint
Swim noodles (any color)

Guys, I have an idea for several arches over the entrance to our section. We need at least 90 feet of pvc pipe, connectors and black or red spray paint for 3 arches. I have 36 packages of creepy cloth and the orange lights to put on the arches.
I am going to make a saloon scene in the 10x20.
We will have a video running also.
Any other ideas?

I got approval from my buddy who goes nuts at halloween to borrow some of his gear, I am hoping to get a hangman set up and a fog machine and some other knick knacks too.

I have a slew of PVC electrical conduit, I'll see what size it is, what's cool about electrical conduit is that the connectors are built in.

You guys did a great job prepping some of the props this weekend and I think Stacy's Laser Stage Lights will be a hit! I did a search on eBay for "Laser Lighting" and found a bunch, just be careful for the cheaper ones that ship from China because the estimated delivery data is after this gathering!

How about having boil in bag omelets for breakfast on Saturday?
You guys know what to bring for those. I will bring 3 dz eggs, bags and some cheese.
I'm also going to try muffin in a bag. Pintrest says it will work!

Then, lets have a pot luck about 4pm before anybody is coming around. I will make navy beans with chicken and cornbread

I posted a map of where we are and kind of where the decorations will be. Looks great.
I have a doz cowboy hats so at least some of us will have a cowboy hat. I have a bowler hat to go with my old guy mask who will be carrying sign:
The end if NOW!

Should we put up a sign that says lights off at the front?

Everybody bring your new laser litgh show things. We will light up the trees with red and green bugs!!!! :applause:

I've got an Indiana Jones hat that looks western enough (Like Dave's) and my laser light box plus a strobe light for the end of the line. Also a hundred feet of Halloween orange Christmas lights and enough decorations to fit in to the scene.

I think that's a good idea to say lights off! Maybe say "Parking Lights Only"? you know I bet alot of people these days don't even know how to turn off their headlights because so many of them are automatic.... but I still think the sign is a good idea.

I'll bring a couple of pounds of cooked and crumbled sausage for the breakfast omelets!
