That looks great!
I would prime everything first; then fit the doors and hatch; then, lay out any graphics that cross. If they are easy to remove and reinstall, take them off to do the paint work (maybe the doors would be easier than the hatch).
Then, if you decide to add pinstripes or a border between colors that cross over the joints, do those after everything is reinstalled, so that it all lines up.
For graphics/color scheme I would do something classy and subdued that accents the nicely curved profile, no tribal graphics, swoosh stripes nor die cut decals.
Maybe a simple stripe from front to back mid wall, with a scallop extending up and down the front of the profile.
