Got the trailer assembled & modified. I disable the folding mechanism and replace that with a steel bar then move one of the cross struts to a new position in the back to make the base of the kitchen wall.

The sub-floor is 3/8" exterior plywood. 2 Coats of wood primer, let it dry overnight and sprayed it down with 2 big cans of Black Flex-Seal rubber. A lot lighter than the roof sealant I used last time.

Now I can cut the floor frame lumber while that dries.

Fabricated the floor frame, fun! Flipped it to pre-drill the holes for the lag screws and paint the underside.
Nice layer of construction adhesive and lagged it down to the frame.
Primered the whole and ran the foam around it to seal any stray holes.

Floor panels cut and mostly sanded.
More sanding then paint tomorrow.
The edges get screwed down but the center pieces are doors for under bed storage bins.

Storage Nest doors all done. Trailer floor fabrication is complete and she's ready for some walls!

Made some design changes so I had to loft a new Jig.

Cut all 4 walls. Now to do some math and cut the doors out.

Got all 4 doors cut out and one wall laid out to laminate.

Two kinds of glue, spray foam and the other skin on top then clamped, strapped down and covered with plastic so the sun will bake it but not trash it.
It can sit and steam all day under the clamps, cure overnight and I'll do the other wall tomorrow.

Nice work! You are really moving along on your build. :applause: :applause:

It took me about a year to get the same point on my build.

Thanks! Trying to work at it steady, at least one project every day.
Today I got the other door skinned and the first coat of Spar-Varnish on one wall. Shiny!

Finished varnishing the walls and doors yesterday and got the walls mounted today.

Kick-board up and set. I may try to stain it today. Love it when everything comes out nice and square.
