Thanks Sharon
Our National Parks have dropped their Parks Fee for this Celebration Year, trying to get Canadians out to use the NPs.
Thus, they will be busy and full during the peak months of travel.
We will spend most of our camping time in the USA! ;)
But, we always have room here at the Farm for those "Teardrop Campers" that may be traveling thru the Okanagan Valley. :wine:
Call ahead and bring wine! :wine: :wine: :wine:

One Week to Go! :P
Yes, in just one week we will be seeing some of our Teardrop friends for the first time this year. :applause:
Some cancellations have reduced the size of this years Farm Gathering, but we are still hoping for a few last minute surprises to
bolster our numbers.
It is Not too late to Register! ;thinking;
Just drop us a PM or an email, if you think you might like to join in on the fun this year.
And bring your bathing suits........as there is a group that plan to float the Penticton Channel while here.
There may also be some great wine tasting?? :wine:
Have a safe and enjoyable trip, and we will see you all very soon.

the bed has been made (after washing the sheets), back of the truck is almost fully loaded - to include the Binford 6000 stove, DO w/Binford walker(headlite and bell have been installed) and griddles (Costco hash browns and Krustez's with syrup included :R ) Will be heading up your way on Monday or Tuesday and am thinking my spot for this year will be the spot I had in 15 way back in the corner being I need the walking exercise - I'll let Charley have his old spot being if I took it like last year, it would probably rain like last year and be wet. Oh almost forgot - the Tequila is in the truck!!!! will be looking for the Minute-Maid on the way up  Is there any thing I can pick up on my way up?? like "forgotten" butter or anything else???? 8)

No, they rent them at the head of the canal.
We stopped and took a picture of their rate board on our way home Tuesday (will send in separate email), but they were closed due to "Unsafe Water". She is running a little high and fast at the moment.
Things change daily around here though???
Waiting patiently to see you guys.

Hi Ted
Minute Maid is an easy find here in Canada ....and cheaper too.
Deep Freeze is well stocked.

Brian, is there anything we should know about the weather beyond what the Weather Channel tells us -- temps in the high 80s to mid 90s, blue skies ?

The beer is bottled and waiting to be loaded.

I really liked that spot I had before and that Ted graciously gave up for me, and his health ;-) Thanks Ted!

Ted, I have the heater to trade. It worked great at the SLG.

Brian, will you do me a favor, please. Buy me a half-case (12 pack) of the Red Ale I like so much (can't remember the name), and have it cold when I get there. Please.

I'm driving straight through from Brooks Memorial Park and am gonna need a cold beer soon after arrival, and since I'm staying 100% within the law, I can't bring beer for my consumption ;-)

See you Thursday afternoon.

Can't quite remember what we were drinking when you were here last (I have consumed a few beers over the past two years?? ;) ) but we drink at the pub when we go (have not been there for a couple hours now) is Alexander Keiths Red Ale.
This past year I have been drinking Red Truck "Red Ale".........working on a 6 pack right now under the London Pain Maple in the back yard)
Sandi is working on a "Honey Brown"
Did have a new beer on tap at lunch today and yesterday at Whiskie Jacks.....Bad Tattoo's Cerveza Negro.
Yes it is hot here, and you know there will be cold beer waiting for you.
I have something else to discuss with you (was going to surprise you, but think you may need a heads up?? ) .
I will PM you.
We are working on the Farm full time now, making ready for the Gathering......Sandi like the place to look good.
Bailed my hay this morning, and am just awaiting pick up.
It is 32.5 degrees in the shade on our deck right now, thus we are out on the lawn.
Can't wait for everyone to get here.
Good Roads ...
Brian & Sandi
PS
Prepping to paint the Shower house before everyone gets here.
Sure hope Ted can paint??? But we do have a new lawn area to level and seed.........Man I Love Pressure! :frightened:

will bring the coveralls and couple OLD t-shirts - sorry to say  , one is the Miss Piggy "strip tease" t-shirt that has been getting too holey to wear and is in need of retiring - paint may do it some justice. (will bring some extra shoes also - oh that's right, already have at least one extra pair there already, don't I?
