PL Premium is great stuff.

As far as nails, staples, or screws, my favorite is screws. Others may chime in.

Hard to say if itl hold without seeing it. Pl premium by itself is enough if properly applied but usually requires fasteners to hold it in place until it sets. And requires proper application, lol.

You're making nice progress! :applause:

BTW - I love your Festiva. We had a blue 1993 Festiva until about a month ago. Put almost 300,000 miles on it. (Engine was rebuilt once.)

Sounds like you took KC to heart on his safety concerns. I don't want to beat a dead horse, so to speak, but be especially careful on the table saw. I knew better, but got in a hurry trying to cut a sheet of 3/4" MDF by myself, and only set up an outfeed table but not an infeed table. As I was wrestling the sheet through the saw, it started to rise. Instinctively, I thought about kickback and pushed down on the sheet just about until the time the end of my middle finger contacted the saw blade creating a taper in the first digit down to the knuckle. Moral of the story - it's safer to break down sheet goods using a circular saw rather than wrestling 4x8 sheets of plywood.

Back to your build! Have fun and stay safe.
