Bob,

That was Shakamak.

I can still smell the vanilla everyone slathered on to keep them away!

Did anyone else develop an allergy to those little black bugs after being eaten alive by them? I swell up like a lepper any time I get bitten by them every since that trip.

Bob, I don't miss many gatherings but, lucky for me, I had to attend a wedding in Charleston, SC that May.

Great timing I guess. I do have an ample supply of vanilla extract if we ever need some again.

Kurt, I grabbed site #80 for the Spring Mill State Park summer gathering. Helga and I took a road trip ourselves and went through the pioneer village. There was limited access but it was awesome. I have never been to the village before. Lots of high water. Can't wait to spend some time at the village when it's in operation during the gathering. Arriving Thursday.
