None of the above would have been good for the 2004 election.

It looks like the original is going to win out. Today, I'll have nearly all of the aluminum trim on. Tomorrow is supposed to be dry for a change, so I plan on spraying on my final coat of white enamel. I lightly re-sanded the entire surface today to give another coat of paint someting to adhere to. The windows, door, and lites are all masked. It only needs a wipedown with thinner to get it ready to spray. Maybe I'll get the striping on next week. I can't wait to see what it'll look like with some color added.

I'm one that does not like any "swoopy" graphics. I wouldn't buy a new MoHo (can't afford one anyway) just because of all the swoopy stuff going on. Yours aren't all that swoopy, the original is the least. So I guess I like the original,

Dale,
All of the designs except for C and E look great...
To me... C and E are backwards. Just my (opinion)
Now I know you'll probably say... Well, doesn't that make the Original design backwards too???
No... It doesn't, because with out the radius, the original works just fine... (Again, just my opinion)
I say if you want advice from the best, ask Doug Hodder... He spent many years in the sign business and did a lot of work with graphics.

After much playing around with striping variations, colors, and getting my wife to offer her opinions, we've settled on a compromise. She also likes the original stiping design, but not the red and blue, so we decided to drop the post office colors. The picture below is my Photoshop/Paint version of what it should look like in a week or two. Although the shade of blue might be a little darker than pictured. Besides, the trailer is much whiter than this picture would lead you to believe, so there will be a good contrast in colors. The stripes will probably continue around the front and back. We'll carry the blue theme into the interior with the curtains and seat covers. The floor is already covered with blue tile.

That's it, no more polls, no more asking for opinions (although they are still welcome), no more agonizing over designs or colors. We're happy with the results and I thank you all for your imput.

The tension between what is good enough and what is beyond that creates the space for character to become our work.
