I got my fenders here: https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools ... er-fenders

Made from ABS plastic. Easy to mount with simple to fab brackets. Or some styles screw right to the trailer body. Great price and light weight too!

I really like the ones with steps, but i think they will get too far into my door opening. Trying to find epoxy coverage to get it ordered. I have aproximately 17 yards of cloth to cover 150 square ft. I think 2 gallons will give me enough for 3 coats, but i am not certain.

Got a lot done this weekend. It was one of those rare days, where every cut fit just right and and the mistakes were minimal. Was dreading my first ever hatch build. It went without a hitch in less than 2 total hours. Electrical is complete, tested and working. Installed the galley flooring. Was a little nervous cutting the hurricane hinge to fit, but the grinder cut it like butter. Test fit the trim and it lines up well. Not sure how the floor seal will work at this point though?

You're making good progress on your Benroy. The cedar strip ceiling looks great.

Here are several sources for trailer fenders:

Thanks Steve, I am working everyday, but it seems with this finish work, it has slowed to a crawl.

Slow progress, but progress. Installed another light under the counter top. I am going to have a swing out cabinet and this light should help light some outside. Installed new axle , hubs and wheels. Northern tool has a direct bolt on 2k replacement axle for anyone that want to go 5ft wide on the HF 4ft trailers. https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools ... _200648951. This will leave 1.5 inches of clearance. You will need new 4" by 1.5" ubolts. The originals are just too short . I put my wall on top of my floor though and have 58" inside. If you put wall on the side of floor, the 71 inch hub face axle will not work. After putting these tires on, I cant believe, that I put that many miles on the little tire.

Galley is complete! Finished up the doors and trim work. Also completed the headboard, with built in 3 outlets and 3 usb ports. Time to get the skin on!

More cedar strips going on ceiling. This is going to take a while. Half way done on ceiling, then on to the sides, then the roof then the hatch. I have roughly 200 square feet to put down. Just finished box 2, so only 170 more square ft to go.

Finished the side wall skins. Took 8 hours for each side. I have half of the ceiling left, the roof, and the hatch to skin. Then it will be on to the glass and epoxy. I can see the horizon now.

More cedar strips. Did I mention more strips? Half of ceiling, Half of roof and hatch to go. Roughly 40 more sqft.
I ordered a side awning and need to put in the supports where it will mount to the roof. Should be delivered early next week.

Waiting on the awning. Should be here today. Want to reinforce where it will mount, so im waiting to close up the roof. Added the a/c plug and used a retractactable cord.

The side awning came in today. https://www.amazon.com/Yescom-8-2x8-2-R ... B075L7PDXJ

I embedded the bolts into the roof spars with epoxy. This should make a strong mounting point for the canopy.
