the chuck wagon turned out pretty good and I added a few other things to it to round out the camping experience. It has a 12v recept, a power switch for the water pump and a couple of brackets to add to mount a table and sink to. LED counter lights and divided shelving

I got the full length trailer door cut down to 39 inches and was able to save the screen door feature. Fits like a glove.

I put formica on the top of the portable kitchenette and sealed the wood for painting. I also pulled the 12v wires thru the back for the LED wiring for night time cooking. Moving slowly, money is tight, but I want to have it on the road soon. The water tank is mounted, furnace set, the next move is to skin the outside with frp and get started on the inside insulation and finish the interior.

I bought frp cement and waited 2 days- I was able to pull the skin right of with little effort. Back to the drawing board. Pulled the skin off and pulled the glue off like hardened bubble gum.Getting it off the plywood was another story, but I am 80 percent done removing it. Bought a good weld wood contact cement and tried it on some of the scraps. one hour later I could not separate the pieces so I know what direction I am going from now on.

I thought about posting more of my progress , but decided to concentrate more on the actual project rather than posting pictoral updates. Nobody makes comments or suggestions anyway.

I thought that I should pass this along. There is a business just south of my town that is selling all kinds of trailer stuff wholesale. Trailer doors with screens for 130.00, lights- LED and standard. Furnaces, hot water heaters, seats, cushions, windows, and tons of other stuff. I was in heaven when I found it. Prices are reasonable and he is willing to find parts for you . I do not have the name right now, but I will find it and post the info soon.
