Escapade Camper Co.

Here's where you can talk to the manufacturers about custom built trailers, etc...

I like these, especially this Alpine "standy": http://www.escapadecampers.com/alpine I watched the videos, and they seem impressive.

Per the Facebook page, they now offer an off road pkg. that can be put on any of the units. It runs an extra $2,000 and includes dipped galvanized frame, Timbren axle-less suspension, hidden leveling jacks, 2" adjustable hitch coupler, swivel jack, and 235-75-15 All Terrain Tires on black mod wheels. Ground clearance at the bottom of the frame is 18". I'm not sure if that is something that I would want, but "off road" appears to be "very hot" right now.

I just mostly like the "standy" and not many offer that choice.

The standy looks perfect although I'd ask for some changes. Like only a twin size bed setup and use the extra space for a chair and such. The A/C option as well. Easy to leave the big unit at home if it is going to be cool weather.

thanks for posting this one!

Their website does not list the Alpine in their product line. Wondering what's up with that. :(

Someone on a RV Facebook had this comment after I had the same question there about the Alpine.

"They are just making a couple adjustments to the build and it will be back shortly."

Jeff Gordon is the owner, and sometimes posts in a FB Group someone else started.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/9470351 ... =bookmarks

A couple things..

1.The Alpine will be back! We pulled it down to make some changes. Dont worry nothing major will be changed. We will announce when it's available for order again.

2. We are not open Sundays. I mean come on we need some rest so we can keep going;)

3. We are not open Labor day, hence the name of that day. We are also closed on all other national holidays.

4. If you have an order in and are planning on making changes please email us @ [email protected]

We do plan courtesy emails 2-3 weeks before the build start date. This is to confirm the details of the build. If you would like to make changes to your order please let us know immediately.

Thank you for your understanding

Sincerely

Jeff & Briana

Thanks for the update. I just noticed last week that it had disappeared from the line up. Considering there is increasing competition in standies, I think I would have put that info on the website.

They have added something new: https://www.escapadecampers.com/trailpass and also a category for "have it your own way" or something like that where you can choose from 4 sizes and then what options you want. It then gives you a total for your shopping "bag".
