Sorry, I got lost in the real world, LOL. I am trying to figure out how to post pictures - it may take me a few minutes...
Meanwhile, here is what we are planning:
Floor will be 10’ x 6.5’, with an interior height of 6’.
There will be 1” of solid foam insulation all around - roof, sides and floor.
Chassis and frame will be aluminum, as will the sides and roof.
The front triangle will have mounting for two propane bottles - we are using the smaller, lighter composite/fiberglass tanks.
There will be a table and two bench seats in the front.
Under the curbside bench there will be a heat pump, venting directly into the trailer, so no duct work needed.
Under the other bench will be the porta potty, for night time necessities.
The bed will be elevated and oriented with head at curb and feet to the street side.
The street side will have an emergency egress window (in case my DH gets tired of climbing over me to get out of bed)
Under the bed will be a 20 - 25 gallon fresh water tank, with a 12 volt pump.
The “kitchen” will pull out from the back - a wooden box with a sink and water from the tank, with a hose running down to a bucket, for grey water disposal.
The box will have fold up wings, to double the work surface area and various shelves and drawers, for kitchen storage. We will use a fold up Coleman propane stove for cooking.
Big splurge on my part - a Dometic compressor cooler/fridge. This is the CFX 75DZW 12v , 70 liter, dual lids. One or both sides can be refrigerator, or freezer. It will pull out from the curbside, near the kitchen.
There will be portable solar panel(s), an 1800 watt inverter and two 60 amp hour, 12 volt lithium ion batteries.
The lights will all be LEDs, with one at each corner of the bed as well as cabin lighting. There will be usb, 12 volt and 110 plugs in various places.
The axle and wheels will be “off road”, but nothing extreme; the bottom of the trailer will be 17 inches off the ground.
No details on storage inside the trailer, but there will be some.
What have I forgotten, experienced TT folks?
Pictures as soon as I figure it out.
