Knowing what a smart fella you are, especially with the electrons an such you
most likely have a solid grasp that the hydrogen gas is the worst part of the off-
gas the smell of rotten eggs is like a fart it will pass. Let's ya know it's there,
says howdy and goes on it's harmless way. Now the hydrogen on the other hand,
goes up into the electronics you've got above where your present batteries are.
Here's some reading and a link to some polyprop. containers specifically for use
in RVs, or you could enclose your area yourself. In the reading drop down to item
#5 and you'll see a vent hose that would connect to the through wall vent you already
have. Doesn't show the flange to connect to the top of the battery box, but I found a link.
