Hello From Portland!

Postby jeffheb » Mon Apr 29, 2019 4:46 pm

Hi!

We are from Portland! Looking into building out a Cargo Trailer Conversion Camper!

We are a couple of dirt bag, mountaineers who just added a baby to the mix and want to keep climbing.

Have been doing lots of research and lurking in the shadows! Will try not to ask repeat Q's.

On the fence between 7'x14' SA and a 7'x18' DA build. I have lots of ideas and advice is ALWAYS welcome.

Thanks everyone in advanced!

Jeff from Portland, OR

Welcome

Most biuilds start here

the top of the forum will tell you most about it and you might ask your question at the top first and see what shows up.

this forum works on donations and if you do not like using a credit card just ask mike for his address and send a check. That is what I do.

The folks on this forum are very helpful. I am working on my second Teardrop after camping with several hundred of them mostly northern California.

What few cargo trailers I have seen they made them so the content could be removed when not camping and in some cases the bed was in hinges and attached to the wall like a murphy bed.

Some put a desk up at the front. Most had a storage deck under the floor.

Welcome
