Still plugging away second side is glued on, the 65-1/2" top glued together and have found this is not something to do at my home
I am going to use it but need something to fill some voids prior to the monstaliner? (Tight bond 3 it is)

Started on the Axle today, and read, asked inside tire to frame clearance, and got 3/8" to 1.5" recommendations, I am at 83.5 wide in my head so want to squeeze it but not 3/8" what's too tight.
My bad I searched on this site and aggie 79 had just the number I wanted to find; Makes it 83.5 wide ;)

Front Radius 5x5 1/8" B Burch Doubled up still undecided :? any thought what to use to bond them together would be appreciated.

That's the way I felt when I built mine; but, it was so-o-o worth it!

Keep going. It looks like you're doing great!

Great work! Are you covering BB ply in epoxy with light glass cloth before finish?

I recall reports here of bedliner separation from plywood after sometime. Don't remember the build names though, sorry.
