Hey Slow

My original plan was to go Camping at Joshua Tree starting today. But the wife was not interested.
So I went camping last week for 3 day at Valley of Fire (Nevada State Park) about an hour out of Las Vegas.
I had planned on leaving Tuesday, but it was snowing pretty have during the day. So I left a day later.
What Beautiful Country. Well worth the visit if you are near by, even if it is only for a day.
I will post some pictures later today.
Wolfgang

I actually went last weekend, coming home on Christmas Eve. The park I was in was small, only 30 sites, and full. Lots of people interested in my tear, especially went I mentioned the kids and I built her.

So far in the boonies that the Milky Way appeared an hour after sundown, along with Jupiter, Mars, and Venus.
Holy cow, Rose is a teenager now! Done? Surely you jest. A teardrop is never "done".

We didn’t camp on Christmas but are planning on camping New Years Eve. That is if I can shake this cold I’ve had the last week. Today we took the Jeep out to the mountains to find snow. About an hour out of Phoenix we hit some snow, 30-40 minutes later we had 6-8” and snowing hard. We only seen 2-3 other vehicles in that 2-3 hours. It was great. Then we ended up in Payson and it was a zoo up there with all the people going to see the snow.

Fingers are crossed for camping New Years Eve the plan was Grand Canyon but lows are 10 degrees.
