Hi.....
I've started gluing up the sidewall panels. The outside panel is adhered to the middle skeletonized panel with adhesive and crown staples. That outside panel will eventually get sheathed with aluminum sheet (which I intend to install using the "floating method". My question..... is it advisable to to fill the indents where the crown staples were shot through the outer exterior surface where the alum sheet will be mounted against with something like bondo? Fill the crown staple indents with Bondo?
2nd question: When I insert the foam panels for insulation in the spaces of the skeletonized middle section, they mostly stay in place via a fraction fit. There are some places where there's maybe a 1/16 to an 1/8th gap. Is it advisable to file those spaces with something like ProflexRV?
Thanks very much the help.
