Welcome to the forum Brian. There is a lot of information on building your own frame. You might read through the "Trailer and Frame section" of the forum. There are many tips and helpful information in that section. You might use the SEARCH at the top to make it easier if you are wanting to look at one certain question on anything in the forum. AS Madjack said "Luv Those Pictures". So make sure to take a lot of them as you build. If you need help with anything or loading pictures just post a question. There is usually someone on the board 24 hours a day. Hi Paul C.

:) :applause:

Welcome Brian and Jilline,
I will confess to not being able to weld a frame. That said there is no doubt in my mind that someone (probably Andrew) will come along and give you exactly what you need. It may even exist already.

Try the trailer forum. You might even post a question there where It wil get the attention of those most interested and knowledgable about that.

Have fun and please remember the pictures.

I know where Paradise, CA is. My grandfather & grandmother lived up there in the late 50's, early 60's. Then I had a daughter that lived up there in the mid 90's. Pretty area up there. Anyways:
Welcome aboard Brian. Aw trailer frames. I didn't build my frame but cut up an existing trailer frame. This might be something good that Andrew could draw up. Kind of generic.
I didn't really help much did I? Answers will come.

Have a good day.

Is that covered bridge still up there somewhere? I think it's down in the gorge to the north. I don't really remember where it was. My Grandfather showed it to me when I was a kid.

Welcome Brian,

My parents, family also lived in Paradise on Rocky Lane. Dad owned "Castle Construction Co." and built many of the Paradise homes in the 1960's. Also built in some of the surrounding areas when the Feather River project was being built.

Trailer frames usually cost no more to build from scratch than ready made ones even if you have to pay someone to weld it up.
