Clip on table brackets, Where to find?

Postby Gerdo » Mon Aug 28, 2006 10:46 am

I am looking for the table brackets that alow the table to clip or hang on and come off easy for travel. The kind that people use for outside galley tables. Where did you find them? Did you make them? Close-up pictures would be great.

I got a set of these, there stainless steel and are heavy. I picked them up from a seller on eBay, since when looking through marine/RV websites they were expensive.

There's some on eBay right now starting at 9.95

I am always on the look-out for on-line sources of information about parts that you Merkans would use on your trailers and came across this:
http://www.go-rv.com

It's a huge (paper) RV parts catalogue that's been put on-line and at teh start you put in your location to locate the nearest RV dealer that carries this catalogue stock and to get pricing for that dealer.

The dealer could be expensive and could be half a state away, but it seems like a good place to start and if nothing else it gives you a budget price.

Some days all you can do is smile and wait for some kind soul to come along and pull your ass out the bind you've gotten yourself into.

we used the same bracket that Jim linked to...his source has a better price...we cut the brackets into 3 pieces, 10" long for multiple placement of 2, 16"wide tables...we also trimmed 1/2" off of the protruding leg of the wall portion....they have worked very well modded like that.....

Thanks for the replys. Three great mounts. I think I'm going to go with the one that Jim, madjack and Mark used. It looks like it will fit better between cabinet doore inside where I'm going to mount it.
