I have always gone to my local reuplostery shop. THey will make you whatever size and thickness you need. I have supplied the fabric most times as well to keep the cost down

I bought a Futon from a garage sale for 30 bucks and used the pad from it.
Never do anything you don't want to explain to the paramedics.

JC Penny's Catalog. If you plan it right you can end up with free shipping or reduced shipping. Warning the extra firm 5" is too firm.
