My wiring plans

Anything electric, AC or DC

Postby Denzagrad » Fri Jan 21, 2005 9:00 am

I concur with those who suggest a master switch and fuse arrangment. Another suggestion since you appear to have spare fused circuits there would be to run additional wires to areas where you MAY install additional electric devices at a later date. In mine I have two additional 12 volt wired circuits installed but capped off. One in a cabnit and one in the overhead. Unlike some here, I didn't have the foresight to run the wiring in some kind of conduit so I could rework it at later date ''

Would you assist me in calculating the appropriate wire and fuse sizes? I don't know the current draw for each of the electrical devices I've identified. I looked at your drawing but wasn't sure if my devices would have the same draw as the ones in your schematic.

Between us we should be able to improve the drawings and make them more useful for everyone.

Thanks in advance.
Joanne

Heck yeah. Let me know what you need and I'll se if I can figure it out.

I see a little red x ... and eventually a thick red line under it.
What's the deal?

Laredo, It's an animated gif. A small aninimated happy (actually scowling) yellow face walks out from the left, sees the Red X box, goes and gets a stick, starts poking the X to make it work, gets under it and pokes harder, the red X shakes loose, falls and spalters the happy face. The red line at the end is the blood of the smashed happy face. I don't know why you can't see the face, or the stick action.

Don't know about the Free BSD OS, but its probably not the Mozilla Browser. I base this on the fact thatI use Mozilla and the animated gifs show up fine.
