If you know anyone that welds, get some rebar and cut three stakes (like long tent stakes). Then cut the tops off 3 links of chain so each one creates a big "U". Weld one "U" to each stake. You can pound the steaks into the ground in a triangle just big enough for the grill to drop into the saddles created by the links of chain.
It's not very elegant, but it's cheap and breaks down to a very small size.
