Pam
Save us a spot. Not too close, not too far away. Nice and level. Under the trees.

Thanks

Well...I went down the Royal Gorge last night to drop off my trailer and secure me a good spot since I couldn't take Thursday off of work...I did get Friday tho!

There are already 6 teardrops down there!! :applause: :applause:

I think last year there we just about 10 or 11 that came and went the whole weekend.

It's gonna be a great time...so if you were on the fence about coming and can still make it, Come On Down!

We're fixin' mexican tonight!

I talked to Shelly tonight [Thursday], she is already down at The Royal Gorge Campground. She said that there were about 10 or 11 trailers so far....

I have the Lost Teardrop already down there and my daughter and I pulled a marathon day and built/installed two doors for the teardrop that I am restoring. She was determined to sleep in it this weekend!! It's out of the shop and ready to hook up. Really rough and the hatch is wired closed. but, what the heck....

So, we'll see you down there tomorrow!! Watch for teardrop bits on the way down. I'd be greatly appreciative if you would bring them up on your way to The Last Gasp...

Sorry, I couldn't make it. I've been grounded, by work. My job that starts Sunday has me scambling for crew. They hope to give me answers on how many I can hire by late tonight. I'm hoping I can find crew. The downfalls of being freelance.

Hello all.....

What an amazing time!!!!!! 17 teardrops, 44 people, 1 Widget, 1 '58 Cardinal, 2 tents, 15 dogs, 5 kids.... WOW!!!! John Millard played his Native American Flute, Saturday night, Eileen put FooFoo in the ladies..... we ate like royalty, Dutch Ovens filled the potlucks.... The weather was fantastic... a little extra wind on Sat night, with only minimal damage, oh and 5 states represented!!!!

This was such a terrific time.... we are all looking forward to the "Last Gasp" of Summer 2008. Ha! If you were there, Thank you so much for coming, if you weren't 2 things, 1. We missed you!, 2. Plan on next year, it will be so worth it!!!
