custom side tent for tear drop

Looks to me that there is a little over kill with the framing. :lol: All and all, looks good. :thumbsup:

P.S. Take it out and try it a couple of times. I think you'll find that you really don't need another one on the other side.

:o Wow with two of them it just might fly ! Maybe with a side door you wont have to get two spaces 8) Seems like a lot of work to set up ,and if your on teardrop time.... well....?

Nice looking side tent Mike...what were used to attach it to the tear, snaps or a spike type snap fastener or neither? Doug

Looks like it's in a awning rail. Oh, and here's mine. All three sides can roll up or even be held out like a canopy.

Gage the set up is almost like yours, all the sides can be extended or rolled up, as for the extra framing that is where i started the tear drop rebuild untill we got wind and rain gusts up to 60mph the only thing left standing is the frame :x . as for the other side i was thinking of a small awning

i want to thank everyone for their kind words. it only took about 15 min.to
set up the tent there is an awning rail on both sides of the tear drop with a few snaps. the tent can go on either side just depends upon the camp site. :D

as for a class a motorhome with slide outs i already have one of those :cry:
