Spring Fling #10, Morton, WA

Postby Trudy/Rod » Sat Feb 23, 2008 12:59 pm

Time to gear up for the upcoming camping season. Registration forms for Spring Fling #10 are now available. They will be e-mailed to last year's participants. If you would like a copy, PM us and we'll fire one off to you. Last year we had 50 trailers (38 were teardrops) and we think we can squeeze in a few more this time. Hope to see you in Morton, WA, over the memorial Day weekend (May 23-26).

Loved meeting new friends and the dutch oven cookout.

OK Oregon teardroppers who's going to the spring fling and when are you leaving the Portland area?? maybe if we all know what day and time everyone is leaving we might be able to "convoy up" .
I plan to be crossing the Interstate bridge about 9:00 am, on the 23rd, or whatever time works for anyone else and Where to meet??
post your 2 cents worth and lets get together

John, I have to go on a field trip with my daughter who is going with me to the Spring Fling. We should be leaving about 11:30 am from N.E. Portland if that's not too late for you.

John,

We both took the day off so we could head out early. We're planning to get up at regular time and head out as rush hour is waning. We're coming from the Beaverton area, so we could meet you along I-5 in North Portland at 9 am. How does the Safeway on the east side of I-5 at Jantzen Beach sound? Anyone else want to join us?

I won't be able to camp this time due to my chemo treatments, but will try to come for the day.

I forgot my camera so I hope someone posts some. Mike B is usually pretty good about pictures.
