Ingenuity to the Max ~ 8)

I really, really enjoyed this Japanese creative
adventure in building and travel throughout Japan.

These guys thought this out and put everything
a house would need in that rig.

The Profile of this saga was endearing but my ;)
favorite quote was
"However, the talk swells greatly."
How many of us while contemplating a build or project
have the talk swelling greatly?

Some of the likes in manufacture:
Instant hot water box over sink.
The gas rice cooker. (for emergency rice burner fuel)
The stairs with storage.
The thought that went into planning the hot tub view
The ingenious second floor lifting system.

Things that may need more of a Western eye for comfort:
The Kitchen table setting
Eating in the bedroom isn't all bad
Pictures I liked best:
The Drivers seat view
Another view I liked
Enjoying the view from an open air tub
The night view looks inviting
Friends in the bedroom
Snow (need I say more Danny)
Directions ~ Just follow the bamboo road Dorothy ~
Enlightenment anyone ? The Window to your soul
What to do on a rainy day
Aww the romantic views while bathing
Better still a real view where you can imagine bathing in pleasure
Oh honey I will just get out and move the obstructions in the road
Saved with a little help from our friends
Like TDers there is a little canned ham in all of us
Our parking lot stay was comfy
Sending postcards made easy form the bedroom
The three Masters of design and comfort
(In the RV/trailer building tradition stand
the test of time by a 7200 year old tree)
.

Thank you Dee Bee for starting this thread. :applause:

Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason.

Went to Home Depot with Jane for one of her/my projects.
So you snagged your guppy for the day, good fishin'.
Not much precipitation today. Danny

Oh GuPPY of the Fish persuasion: 8)

Look at the date on that post ~ Mon Dec 29, 2008 11:18 am
See the bait has been set for a few days now and only today does the fish come to investigate, :rofl2:
and take my trap bait to heart ~

I been thinking of you uP there today ~ how you fairing with the rain, cold
and snow as well as the run off type adventures?

To everyone else ... the joke is that Danny don't like snow ~ ;)
He is a Southern Cal boy at heart ~ but ran uP country a while back
and pays the price during snowy weather times of the year.

Poor Danny ~ :snowstorm:

Steve, first time I've seen this topic. So much for the accuracy of "View posts since last visit". You got me good and square :applause:  . The horizontal rain subsided for the time being but I worry about our friend who got flooded out last year. "HOUSE" is on gotta go. :D (poor)Danny
Hello - You'll be interested in Steve Birley's story acknowledging all the work our teardrop family of friends did in getting his home put back together one year ago. Unfortunately, this message brings some bad news, for tomorrow, Jan 8th, it is forecast that there is a good possibility of water invading their house again. All cars and trailers have been moved to high ground. They are staying in the attic if flood waters actually gain entry to the house. They will wait and see and are prepared to put all their furniture on top of five-gallon pails. We can only hope for the best.
Meanwhile, this issue of the TOW Line contains many stories written by other folks and is quite lengthily. Again, the editor suggests you print out a hard copy for a better read and also to share it with others you live with.
If you have no more interest in receiving the issues, please hit the Reply button and tell me so.

Take care everyone - Marty
