Steve I'm sorry that is way to much wiring for a TD. You should have make it very simple because the more complex your wiring is the more chances that it will have problems. I mean just what where you thinking with just two electrical panels? :R :R

The only problem that I can see and its only because I am not color blind (like me son) 8) is that you used the same color wire. The electricity doesn't care what color the wire is but (and I dought that you ever will) have a problem tracing the wire will be just a bit harder.

Now you have to show Ira and the rest of the electrical challenged TD board just how to do it.

Now that I have rambled on all I say is "GREAT
JOB'
 :applause: :awesome:

There's a war on man!!! We all have to do our part. Black is beautiful?
What can I say? I looked at the price of that roll of white wire and just couldn't do it.

Thanks for the comments :D :D

Steve,

Is the lolwer box a fuse panel for the 115VAC stuff? If so, where did you get it and what type of fueses does it use? It's a lot smaller than the house type breaker box circuit breakers I was going to use.

Hey Dale,
It's a refurbished panel from Ultra Marine Panel Inc. in Miami. Got it at a local surplus store for $35. It has a 30 amp main breaker with a reverse polarity safety trip, 3 each 15 amp breakers and a spare place for another 15 amp breaker. Ira was looking at a new one at Boaters World I think, price was around $120 or so. His has a really nice looking white panel. He could probably tell you more about it.

...Dale I used these (bottom right)from waytekwire.com. You have to make up your own panel but it sure beats the heck outta full size household items

Jack, I am still sold on getting the CS6000 converter/charger. With shipping, it won't be over $70. I just don't know until I get it and read the manual if there is a main AC breaker or fuse. I don't think so. That will be another $15 or $20 bucks. It does have all the nice features. Battery reverse polarity protection, short circuit protection, charger, overload protection. I'll know more about it when I get it, if I ever get started that is.

And mike, my beverage is still in the fridge, but soon.....
