Bigger tires would be an option, depending on how much you want to go up. You've got 5 bolt wheels, and it's likely a 5x4.5 bolt pattern. depending on the backspacing required to clear the side of the trailer, you might be able to find very cheap 32"+ wheels and tires in your local classifieds.
If blocking the Torsion axles (easy and pretty cheap way to add 2"-4" lift) doesn't work, you could also consider a leaf spring/solid axle swap if your trailer frame is at the outside perimeter of the trailer. (I can't tell from your pic). Standard trailer leafs in a spring under setup would likely add several inches to your ground clearance, and setting them up spring over would add 4" to that. You could also use light duty vehicle leaf springs (i.e. Jeep CJ front springs) for a smoother ride and more lift options.
