Oh, try a substation first rather than the main office. The lines will be shorter and you will get less BS in my experience.

I was just looking for an answer on if the trailer need a title or not.

No, because of the size and weight you are not required to have a title.

But, Texas Also says that all RVs and travel trailers are required to have a title and vin. So if you get an officer, who is having a bad day and taking it out on others, it could be an interesting day if it does not have a title.

Gives the buying party more peace of mind when you go to sell it. Also makes it easier if you move to a different state.
