Lil Diner Table Legs...

Postby mikeschn » Mon Apr 03, 2006 9:45 am

Here's the table legs that we used on the Lil Diner table...

First go here to locate a TAB dealer...
http://www.tab-rv.com/dealer/index.php

Tab part #08378
Description: Table support

You can call any Tab Dealer and you should be able to order this item. Ours cost $90.00 plus shipping. Shipping is about $12.00 from where we ordered it. Some places will charge as much as $35.00 shipping.

Mike,
Do the legs fold up?
I'm trying to find a table support for a
tile counter, I'd like to turn into a table for My Tear.
It's heavy so the usual telescopic leg might not be strong
enough.
Peace,
MyTear

Coop,
What I have is a vintage ceramic tile wall/counter from an old trailer.
I bought it at the TCT's flea market last year at Camp Dearborn.
It would make a perfect table, except that it weighs a lot.
If I hung it on the side of "My Tear" it would have to be a sturdy hinge
and there would have to be some sort of support (another leg?) under the middle of the table.
I thought about fashioning some sort of arched wooden support to sit on top of the fenders. Someone on RV Crazy made a shelf that fit on their fender and I thought I could extend the table from that. And that would save me from harming the outside of "My Tear."
I like the example of the leg you sent from the Rv place. My local RV place didn't have anything telescopic.
If I can figure out how, I'll take some pictures.
Thanks for your interest.
Peace,
MyTear

telescopic table leg

Postby Yoyoman » Sat Jul 12, 2008 7:01 am

Hi My Tear;

How did that table support work out for you?
I am just trying to locate a single telescopic leg that can be fastened on both ends.
I did find one of these and am thinking of modifying it in order to support my table sort of like the "little Diner" but just with a single leg.
