Hello!
I need some information about rebuilding windows. Please forgive my inexperience with forums. I have tried to search for this topic, but haven't found what I was looking for. I have been searching CL and EBAY for a couple months and have found that vintage windows don't come up often. I guess that is a good sign that they are not being scrapped! I would love to know if I can buy the flashing(?) or aluminum that is used to create the interior window frame. I found a nice site that sells most of the parts needed to rebuild jalousie and hehr windows, but not the frame aluminum. I have included a few pics of the windows that need frames. All the others were intact (yay!). We bought this beaut about 2 months ago, nothing in her but rot
. Once we replace the rotten studs and floor, we will do electrical, plumbing, and gas, then on to paneling and windows....that's why they make em' so cute...we would have to kill them if it weren't for that!!
Thanks in advance,
Tennille
