Quick overnighter to a desert lake.

We've been remodeling a room in the house. At the putting floor tile down stage. After several days of crawling around the floor doing that, we thought we needed a break.

Took the tear to Walker Lake. Had the whole beach to ourselves.







Miss Kat fixing breakfast. sausage, eggs, taters and toast.





Was a bit cool, with a chilly breeze and overcast. Fire on Saturday night with toasted marshmallows was real nice though. Here's Sunday morning. Needed a coat for sure.

You're right... the paper towel holder got put on the back burner.. Remodeling the old pool room into Kat's sewing studio took precedence....
