Thank you for the information. Alan. We found out that #3 is sold out for the weekend. Must be a "hot spot". :(

Sites 73 to 117 are the area we usually get in. Seems to be some problem with Reserve America site. It is using Loop 3 incorrectly or something. There are plenty of sites available and I will call down there later today and see if I can get a straight answer from the park. Loops 1,2,and 3 all show as #1. These 3 loops are usually the only ones open that time of year and show only a half dozen or so reserved sites out of 100 or more which is the norm.

Will there be a pot luck meal on Saturday night? If so, what should people bring?

We are having a low country boil for pot luck.
For Those of you that do not know what that is,it is shrimp, corn, potatos, sausage, onions and spices all boiled together.
So somthing to go with that or Saturday there is grocery store right at the gate to the park so people can run out and pick up what we need .

I am bringing a lot of grapefruit with me. Anyone that would like a couple, stop by my site #31 (loop 1) and pick them up. I just picked them today so they are nice and fresh.

OK, if we're doing a low country boil, I'm going to have to supervise this thing very closely, because, not only do I make killer tater salad, I also am a boil connoisseur. :D

It was a great trip and I met many new people. A big thank you to David and Melanie for hosting the wonderful Low country boil. Thank you Jimmy for all your help.
The movie I watched was "Something Gotta Give"-not what I said, Sorry.
I'm looking forward to the February trips. :)
